Mr Cutajar has been a member of the Malta Statistics Authority Board since 2016. He is presently employed in the banking sector and his main areas of expertise are Business, Finance and Economics. Mr Cutajar is also a person with physical disability. However, this has never prevented him from pursuing an active and fulfilling life.

As part of his trajectory onto a successful banking career, Mr Cutajar has sought and obtained qualifications in Banking and Investment. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and a Certificated Member of the Chartered Banker Institute, Edinburgh (CCBI).  Presently, Mr Cutajar is reading for a Chartered Banker Master in Business Administration from the University of Bangor in Wales.

One of his foremost interests is the Employment and Active inclusion of Persons with Disability in Society.
